Does microneedling hurt? ▼

With numbing cream? Much less than you'd expect. We apply professional-grade numbing 20 minutes before we start. Most clients describe it as a mild scratching sensation — not pain. Sensitive areas like the forehead may feel slightly more intense, but it's brief and very manageable.

How much downtime is there really? ▼

You'll be pink and flushed for 24–48 hours — think "just did a great workout" energy. Day 2–3 you may have some light peeling. By day 3–4 most people are back to full routine. We recommend skipping makeup for 24 hours and heavy actives (retinol, acids) for 5 days.

When will I see results? ▼

You'll notice your skin looks smoother and more luminous within the first week — but the real magic happens at weeks 6–8, when new collagen has had time to form. With a series of 4, results continue improving for up to 6 months after your last session.

What's the difference between the Chemical Peel and Exosomes add-ons? ▼

Both supercharge your microneedling results — they just work differently. A chemical peel exfoliates the surface layer to accelerate cell turnover, brighten pigmentation, and smooth texture. Exosomes are tiny cell-signaling molecules that go deeper — they communicate with your skin cells to ramp up collagen production, calm inflammation, and speed up recovery.

Can I combine microneedling with injectables or filler? ▼

Yes — and it's one of our favorite combinations. We typically recommend doing wrinkle relaxers or filler first, waiting 2 weeks, then microneedling. The two work on different mechanisms and complement each other beautifully for a complete facial refresh. We'll build you a plan at consultation.

Is microneedling safe for all skin tones? ▼

Yes — microneedling is one of the few resurfacing treatments safe and effective across all skin tones, including deeper complexions that can't use many laser treatments. We adjust depth and technique accordingly and can add a brightening prep protocol if hyperpigmentation is a concern.
